Artane Household Maintenance is a fully Registered Company.  We are an Honest, Reliable and Professional Handyman company dedicated to do all the small to medium-sized jobs around your home.  Jobs or tasks that would otherwise be too small for the bigger building contractors.

	Kitchens: From replacing a whole Kitchen, to re-facing your existing Kitchen with new doors and/or worktops. We can do it all for you.
	Bathrooms: We can replace your old tired bathroom and modernise it, with a brand new bathroom suite.
	Wardrobes: We can build and install all types of Wardrobes styles to fit your bedroom space, from freestand to built in.
	Decking: Enjoy outdoor summers on a new patio deck, we install both traditional timber and composite decking.
	Laminate Flooring: We lay all types of wooden flooring, hardwearing laminates too semi-solid. We also trim out the floor edges with either colour matching scotia or skirting.
	Flat Pack Assembly: Having trouble assembling that new flat pack you just bought? No problem, our expert assemblers can build it for you.
	Electrical Fixtures: We replace or fit all electrical fixtures, Light switches, light pendants, down-lighters, sockets, cooker switches, shower switches. We even install electrical cooker ovens and hobs.
	Plumbing Repairs: We can sort out that leaking tap or replace that non flushing toilet syphon, shower pump not working? Not a problem, we can sort it for you.
	Painting: From a small boxroom to the whole house or apartment, we can paint it all for you, ceilings, walls and woodwork.
	Warmboard Insulation: We all know how cold our country can be, why not Insulate all the cold walls of your home and keep that heat in? We can insulate all the internal walls of your home to any size insulation thickness you want.

Job description: Flooring and plumbing, New Kitchen, wall tiles and ceiling lighting, Painting (inside and out of the house), New Garage and conservatory doors.

Comments:

Aaron from Artane household maintenance, removed an old conservatory floor and replaced this with a new floor.  An old leaking pipe from the bathroom had caused the timber to rot away.  He also replaced the old bathroom waste water pipe with a new one.

 

Aaron removed old kitchen units, worktops and sink.  He re-modeled and fit a new kitchen with extraction unit cornice/ pelmet together with new worktop sink lighting.  He then tiled the whole kitchen and changed the main ceiling light fixtures.  There was a hole in the ceiling above the boiler unit, where he also patched this up.  

 

Shortly after this we got Aaron to re-paint the kitchen and sitting area.  We then had our living room painted, conservatory, the whole front and back of the house.

 

The next job we got Aaron to do was to replace our old timber garage doors and side entrance door.  He replaced these with Mahogany doors and varnished them aswell.  Our conservatory door was in bad shape so we got Aaron to replace this door too.

 

Aaron from Artane household maintenance has been very helpful with every job he has done.  He has made a lot of excellent, cost effective and valuable suggestions to the work put before him, in a very efficient way.  I would highly recommend him and would call him for any job I would need to get done.
