Jobs or tasks that would otherwise be too small for the bigger building contractors. We try to stay local as much as possible in order to keep costs low so we can pass savings onto our customers.

We will carry out any general home maintenance and carpentry tasks you may have, along with minor electrical or plumbing services as well. If you have several small jobs around your home or property, we can handle them all for you at a reasonable and competitive price. “ Very Professional ”

Aaron from Artane household maintenance, removed an old conservatory floor and replaced this with a new floor. An old leaking pipe from the bathroom had caused the timber to rot away. He also replaced the old bathroom waste water pipe with a new one. Aaron removed old kitchen units, worktops and sink. He re-modeled and fit a new kitchen with extraction unit cornice/ pelmet together with new worktop sink lighting. He then tiled the whole kitchen and changed the main ceiling light fixtures. There was a hole in the ceiling above the boiler unit, where he also patched this up. Shortly after this we got Aaron to re-paint the kitchen and sitting area. We then had our living room painted, conservatory, the whole front and back of the house. The next job we got Aaron to do was to replace our old timber garage doors and side entrance door. He replaced these with Mahogany doors and varnished them aswell. Our conservatory door was in bad shape so we got Aaron to replace this door too. Aaron from Artane household maintenance has been very helpful with every job he has done. He has made a lot of excellent, cost effective and valuable suggestions to the work put before him, in a very efficient way. I would highly recommend him and would call him for any job I would need to get done. Brian.
